Guided Breathwork Journey

I offer two different journeys.

  • A 60 minute journey is $150.
  • A 90 minute somatics +  breathwork journey is $200.

Step into a transformative experience designed to reconnect you with your breath, body, and inner self. This service includes:

  • 20 minute discovery call to discuss goals, intentions, and expectations prior to session day.
  • An individualized guided breathwork session accompanied by powerful, evocative music.
  • Tea/water & a light snack.

Breathwork is a unique, experiential practice that’s different for everyone and changes with each session, making it nearly impossible to fully describe. One thing, however, is certain: you will leave feeling completely different than when you began.

Guided Psychedelic Cannabis Journey

A transformative 4-session experience designed to deepen your connection to self through intentional cannabis use.

Guided Plant Medicine Journey

If you’ve tried therapy, meditation, or other healing modalities but still feel stuck in old patterns, plant medicine offers a different approach. By temporarily altering brain connectivity, it allows you to step outside your usual mental framework and access parts of yourself that feel unreachable. People often come to this work when they’re tired of surface-level changes and want to address root causes – whether that’s childhood trauma, chronic anxiety, or feeling disconnected from meaning and purpose.

Journey Protocol:

  • 2 One-hour Preparation Session
  • 1 Four to Eight Hour Guided Journey (Depending on dose)
  • 1 One-hour Integration Session

Investment: $950 – $1050

Contraindications

Breathwork, like any therapeutic practice, isn’t suitable for everyone. It’s important to consult with your healthcare provider, including any mental health professionals, and to discuss any health concerns with me before participating in a session.

Breathwork can lead to intense physical and emotional releases, which may not be appropriate for individuals with certain medical or psychological conditions. It is essential to ensure you are physically, mentally, and emotionally ready for the experience and have the necessary support systems in place to process any challenging emotions or memories that may arise.

Some common contraindications include

Cardiovascular problems

High or abnormal blood pressure

History of aneurysms

Epilepsy or history of seizures

Anyone on heavy medication

Severe psychiatric symptoms, particularly psychosis or paranoia

Bipolar depression

Osteoporosis

Recent surgery

Glaucoma

Pregnancy

An active addiction

Any person with mental illness who isn’t in treatment or lacks adequate support

Some participants may feel discomfort or anxiety during breathwork, particularly if they have a fear of losing control or consciousness. My role as your teacher is to guide and support you through these moments, helping you push through discomfort and embrace the process in a safe and nurturing environment.
