By the time I was 22, my life had become unmanageable. I was struggling with alcoholism and addiction, eating disorders, codependent relationships, and a persistent sense of unworthiness that followed me everywhere I went. I tried it all—therapy, meditation, self-help books, gratitude practices, journaling—but nothing could quiet my restless, unforgiving mind.
Then I discovered Breathwork, somatic healing, and plant medicine.
Unlike anything I’d tried before, these embodied practices cracked me wide open. For the first time, I wasn’t trying to think my way out of pain—I was finally feeling it. The grief I’d been running from, the rage I’d swallowed, the shame I’d carried like a second skin. But something else emerged too: a deep, unshakeable sense of self-love I’d never known. Pride. Honor. A feeling of coming home to myself that was so powerful, so real, it changed everything. I wasn’t broken—I had been holding every unprocessed wound, and my body was waiting for me to finally listen. When I did, I found myself.
Today, my life looks completely different. My self-worth isn’t tied to my appearance or performance. I no longer give away my time, body, or dignity for the illusion of connection. I have boundaries that honor who I am, relationships filled with laughter instead of shame, and an inner voice that’s become a cheerleader rather than a critic. Most importantly, I keep my promises to myself like my life depends on it—because it does.
These practices didn’t just change my life—they made it a whole lot more fun to live.
My Training & Approach
I’m a certified Breathwork facilitator and licensed Psilocybin Facilitator through the Natural Medicine Health Act (NMHA) in Colorado, with additional training as a psychedelic guide. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, nutrition, and addiction/substance use. This diverse background has given me a deep understanding of how our bodies hold wisdom, trauma, and the keys to our healing.
I work at the intersection of Breathwork, somatic practices, and ceremonial plant medicine because I know firsthand that healing requires more than just thinking our way through it. We have to reconnect with our bodies. We have to feel in order to truly heal.
If you’re feeling stuck, it’s time for embodied healing. You’ll feel the impact from your very first session. The results speak for themselves.
