If you’ve been carrying the same tension, stress, or stuck patterns for months (or years), it’s not because you’re not trying hard enough.
It’s because thinking your way out doesn’t work for what’s stored in your body.
Your nervous system holds onto unprocessed experiences like the stress you couldn’t discharge, the emotions you couldn’t feel, and the moments you had to power through. Over time, this shows up as anxiety, tension, foggy thinking, and repeating the same patterns.
Breathwork rewires this.
Through conscious breathing, we shift your nervous system from sympathetic (survival) to parasympathetic (healing). Your body gets to complete stress cycles that have been stuck. Mental fog clears. Physical tension releases.

In the 3rd century, under Roman rule, marriage was forbidden for soldiers. The belief was that love made men “weak.” AKA less loyal to power and less willing to fight. Valentine, a priest and healer, quietly chose to disobey. He performed marriages in secret, honoring connection, devotion, and the belief that love made people stronger, not weaker.
For choosing love over fear, and connection over control, he was imprisoned and ultimately executed.
St. Valentine’s story is about courage. It’s about believing people are worthy of love, commitment, and union, even when the world says it’s safer to stay closed.
This Holosomatic Breathwork journey is inspired by that same kind of love. Through breathwork, somatic awareness, sound, and shared presence, we’ll support the nervous system in softening out of protection and back into safety where love, connection, and inner power naturally return.

Breathwork, like any therapeutic practice, isn’t suitable for everyone. It’s important to consult with your healthcare provider, including any mental health professionals, and to discuss any health concerns with me before participating in a session.
Breathwork can lead to intense physical and emotional releases, which may not be appropriate for individuals with certain medical or psychological conditions. It is essential to ensure you are physically, mentally, and emotionally ready for the experience and have the necessary support systems in place to process any challenging emotions or memories that may arise.
Some common contraindications include:
Cardiovascular problems
High or abnormal blood pressure
History of aneurysms
Epilepsy or history of seizures
Anyone on heavy medication
Severe psychiatric symptoms, particularly psychosis or paranoia
Bipolar depression
Osteoporosis
Recent surgery
Glaucoma
Pregnancy
An active addiction
Any person with mental illness who isn’t in treatment or lacks adequate support
Some participants may feel discomfort or anxiety during breathwork, particularly if they have a fear of losing control or consciousness. My role as your teacher is to guide and support you through these moments, helping you push through discomfort and embrace the process in a safe and nurturing environment.
If you have concerns about whether breathwork is right for you, I encourage you to reach out so we can discuss your needs and determine the best approach for your well-being.
